Centurion Capital Group does not lend money, issue credit, or guarantee that you will be approved for or receive any funding. We connect business owners with third-party lending partners who independently evaluate applications according to their own criteria. Not all applicants will qualify. Nothing on the Site constitutes a commitment, offer, or promise to lend.
The content on the Site, including descriptions of funding products, timelines, dollar ranges, and qualification information, is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Actual terms, rates, amounts, and timelines are determined solely by the lending partner and depend on your specific circumstances. You should consult your own advisors before making financial decisions.
You agree that all information you provide through the Site or affiliated application links is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are authorized to provide it on behalf of your business. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of funding and may violate applicable law.
When you submit a funding request, we may share your information with one or more third-party lending partners. Those partners operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which govern your relationship with them. Centurion Capital Group may receive a commission or referral fee from a lending partner if a funding transaction is completed. Such compensation does not increase the cost of any product to you.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Centurion Capital Group LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any funding will be available or obtained.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Centurion Capital Group LLC and its members, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your interactions with any lending partner, or any funding product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Centurion Capital Group LLC and its members, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kentucky.
We may modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
